How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time so you are not charged again. Access continues until the end of your paid billing period, including the paid year for annual subscriptions. Your saved records remain viewable after expiry. Paddle's refund policy also applies.
