DriverOps Pro (the "Service") is provided by Jacob Thomas, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with Jacob Thomas.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
DriverOps Pro is a web app that helps self-employed drivers and couriers log shifts and mileage, track vehicle maintenance, manage clients, estimate tax relief and create invoices. Tax information is general guidance only and is not professional tax advice.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have authority to bind the business you use the Service for.
- Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by:
- using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law;
- fraud, spam or impersonation;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property;
- interfering with its security, including uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities or scraping;
- reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service, or getting around technical limits.
5. Intellectual property
We own the Service and all related intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it while your subscription is active. You keep ownership of the records you enter.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
Choose £4.99 per month or £49.99 per year, each with a 7-day free trial. Cancellation stops renewal; access continues until the end of your paid billing period. Monthly/yearly changes take effect at the next renewal. After access expires, you may view saved records but cannot add, edit, delete, calculate or export.

7. Service level
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies. You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you in the app before they apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
